NRM is using a system called Primula to handle information about salary, vacations, travel expenses etc. As an employee at NRM you reach the Primula application from a web browser by first logging in to the Vega pages (using your NRMUSERNAME and NRMPASSWORD), and then following the link "Primula webb". This link will open a new tab or window where you need to (make sure to select "Naturhistoriska riksmuseet", and then) provide your login name as [email protected] (and use your NRMPASSWORD).

The system is provided by Statens servicecenter and all issues related to the system should be directed directly to the provider [1].

Access to Primula from outside NRM

One issue you may encounter is that the link on Vega to Primula, https://nrm.hr.evry.se/, is not accessible from outside the NRM's firewall. Currently, the only way of accessing Primula from outside is to use a separate computer running MS Windows that is provided by the NRM-IT.

Contact Statens servicecenter about Primula issues by creating an issue ("Skapa ärende") on their website "Portalen" (https://portalen.statenssc.se). Use your [email protected] and NRMPASSWORD to login. The pages seems to be all in Swedish, by the way.
