Internal (EFSA) users
Please note that if you are an internal EFSA user who has received the Windows 10 update then the following steps should be followed in order to correctly install the TSE data reporting tool:

Click on the "Start" button (bottom left corner of the screen), search for "Software Center" and open it, as shown below:

Now that the Software Centre is open, search for the "TSE data reporting tool" and select it

Click on the "Install" button located at the bottom right corner of the Software Centre screen
Please note that the Software Center will automatically create a shortcut of the TSE data reporting tool in the Desktop once the installation is complete.
In addition, note that the root folder that contains the files used by the tool are located in the following path: C:\Users\your_username\AppData\Local\EFSA_TSE_x64.
