Teleoperation of the car

The following ros packages have to be installed:

ros-kinetic-joystick-drivers
ros-kinetic-joy

Xbox 360 Controller

Steps

  1. Follow the focbox turorial

  2. Start the xbox-driver

xboxdrv
  1. Build the workspace
cd ros_ws
catkin_make
source devel/setup.zsh (or setup.bash)
  1. Launch the car teleoperation
roslaunch launch/car-teleop.launch

Controlls

The angle can be controlled with the left Joystick, while the speed can be controlled by R2.
