Results XLS download and upload
Results XLS download and upload are pro features. You can download all the results of any activity as an excel file or import results from excel file template.
The steps to download and upload results are as follows:
Go to Settings, from the top menu select Activity Elements Checklist.
Select the result checkbox and save changes.
Go to activities page and click on any activity.
Scroll the right sidebar until you find the result element and click on it.
Result list page will open.
If you have previously added results you can download them by hovering on XLS button and clicking on Download Results XLS
All of your results data will be download as XLS.
If you don't have any results or you already have results you can import new results. Click Import Results XLS button
or
You can download an empty template and fill the data or make changes to any downloaded result XLS file and click on the Upload button to import the file.
Then you will be redirected to Import Result status page.
Here the importer will validate your data.
All the correct results will be marked green and you will be able to upload them.
You can filter the results according to valid, invalid and all.
If any of the result's data is incorrect then those result will be marked red; you won't be able to upload them. You can view the errors on results by click on the result.
You can correct those errors and reimport the result.
Notice there is a Don't Overwrite checkbox. You can click this checkbox if you don't want to delete all of your existing results of the activity.
If all of your results are correct then you can select all the results and click on the Import button to import.
Congratulation! You have successfully imported all the results.
