Assuming that the Government has Public Education and Training.

PiHome system can provide a system for Schools and Training Companies ( Government issued ) to deliver and receive homework and courses classes for the family members. The family members won't take classes at home, unless there are any health conditions that do not allow them to leave home for school or training.

This system may allow for each family members to have a builtin record for Curriculum Vitae's updating, but personally i rather the CV would be saved in the Citizen's Card ( e-ID )

The education and training section may incorporate skills such as driving skills ( driver's license, professional driver's license, driver's license points ( and wrap sheet ) ), cooking skills, whatever skills the person builds up in its entire life.

These have their uses, one for example is allowing employment agencies better find suitable person for jobs or even community work.
