Meeting objectives:

• Talk about Scrum and Scrum Techniques, Discuss the appliability of scrum in our team.
• Talk about Five Dysfunctions of a Team
• Opinions about what other groups did.
• What to write on wiki and duty assignments for each member depending on that.(If everyone writes one paragraph about sth it will be enough.)
• Discuss the meeting time for HW 3.
• Closing and Imperial March (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-bzWSJG93P8)

Outcomes:

• Everybody talked about Scrum and how-to apply it to our group.
• Furkan shared his experiences about Scrum in sector.
• The five dysfunctions of a team are talked not only the "Absence of Trust".
• Almost every group did the work, so we have a good material set for talking about.

Decisions:

• The agreed meeting time for every week is set to 7 PM on every Thursday. (Only this week it will be on Wednesday at the same time).
• Scrum and its sub topics which are Backlog,Meeting, Burndown Chart ,Sprint and Team Members must be explained in small paragraphs.
• Why Scrum? must be answered in a detailed way.
• The Five Dysfunctions of a Team which are 'Absence of Trust','Fear of Conflict', 'Lack of Commitment' , 'Avoidance of Accountability' and 'Inattention to Results' must be described in small paragraphs.
