Dictionary

The official dictionary is under source control, this way you can inspect the revision history, and also have per-line discussions about specific translations.

Official English 2.0 -> English dictionary

For those interested in editing the dictionary with github's built-in editor, you need to select 'tabs' instead of spaces, and '8' for the tab width. The default is 'spaces' and '2', which doesn't work well.
The selection 'tabs' and '8' was chosen because this looks correct in github's preview's and diffs.
