This PR fixes the following issues:
async_track_state_changeinstead ofasync_track_state_change_event#75I initially only wanted to deal with the deprication warnings but noticed that the integration was in quite a poor state after some recent changes with code that wasn't tested properly before merging. This version should address most of the issues with smoother switching of HVAC modes.
