0.8.4 - Controller Rumble

This has to be the last release before 0.9 (i think)

REGENERATE YOUR CONFIGS AGAIN :)

Key Features:

• Controller Haptics (Rumble-based)
• Standard HUD (can be enabled in the config, will require you to switch Classic HUD off)

Bugfixes:

• None! (thank GOD)

Misc:

• Made Style HUD slightly smaller
• Removed arms from sandbox arms - it's just floating hands now.
