Hi @cat-bro! First attempt, I just copied this from alphafold-test. LMK if anything looks off.
The docker image is specified in the wrapper (https://github.com/genouest/galaxy-tools/blob/66b1967152f63ef95eee2058d768a5ae92502997/tools/helixer/macros.xml#L12). No idea about mem and cores yet, I plan to run some test jobs.
