Set ALPHAFOLD_AA_LENGTH_MIN=5 on AlphaFold TPV config.

Resolves FreshDesk ticket: https://support.ehelp.edu.au/a/tickets/189048

I had a question about Alphafold2 - I keep getting errors because some sequences in multimer fastas I am trying to run are too short (<16aa)
