feat: hints for send tez, Originate, Contract Call

Proposed changes

Changes to several operations are not that critical.

We have no decision yet what is more important:

• keep the interface minimal to not scare the users especially newcomers
• to make the interface helpful so that users can make educated decisions and feel safer (especially newcomers)
