Summary

  1. Integrates USWDS on top of enhancement/adopt pnpm #21

Working great for the most part!

  1. Should figure out why the banner doesn't overlap / push down the underlying content
  2. Seems more related to the component itself, but there seem to be no images accessible from the package (it is beta)? - https://unpkg.com/browse/@uswds/[email protected]/
