About the PR

Minor fixes to some clothes:

• Pilot's hardsuit now functions like the other suit do: you no longer need a mask to use air supply.
• Fixed an error that prevented arcadia webbing from displaying on character sprite.
• Arcadia Mask, Hydroponics EVA and Mailcarrier EVA helmets hide character's hair now.

Additions:

• Added hydroponics EVA and SCAF suit storages.
• Added safary suit and hat to AutoDrobe.
• Added specific procedural suits to AutoDrobe.
