Removed federated timeline when completely siloed
When a site is not federating with anyone (completely siloed), the federated timeline should not be displayed as it’s confusing and unnecessary. On Mastodon, the federated timeline is displayed even if a site is completely siloed.
This is what the web UI side panel looks like when a site is completely siloed on Smalltown (notice the lack of a federated timeline):
