- Change log: added AU eRequesting RequestStatus value set FHIR-47097 and AU eRequesting Task Status value set FHIR-47081.
- Variance statement: adjusted according to changes in AU Core Variance Statement; from additional profiles removed ServiceRequest and added Task.
- Minor grammar changes to Index
- Relationships to other IGs: applied relevant text changes for FHIR-47161 and FHIR-47162. Corrected numbering of Figure 3 to Figure 2.

AU eRequesting profiles additional resources that are not profiled in AU Base, e.g. AU eRequesting Task. Add Additionally Profiled Resources sub-heading under Variance from AU Base, and list all additional profiles.
