Impact On Gear Output

  • In the zip archive, the output work directory will be named from the original file name without the extension. Prior to this release the directory name included the extension of the file (e.g. now nammed /flywheel/v0/work/T1_MPR_result.anat/ instead of /flywheel/v0/work/T1_MPR.nii.gz_result.anat/)
