Physiological Data

Physiological Data (PD) can be for example the heart rate or the respiration rate, often used together with functional MRI.

Shanoir-NG supports .ima (DICOM) image files.

  1. PD are detected by:
  • SOPClassUID (0008,0016): equals "1.3.12.2.1107.5.9.1" (Siemens CSA Non-Image) AND
  • ImageType (0008,0008): 'ORIGINAL\PRIMARY\RAWDATA\PHYSIO'
  1. The DICOM zip + pacs imports "tag" PD DICOM series with "PHYSIOLOG" keyword (2. Select Series), special icon to come
  2. ?Import (2. Select Series): preview with Papaya is disabled, as no PixelData?
  3. PD DICOM series are excluded from automatic NIfTI conversion by default
