implements

On the Lifespan section we need to create a button on a map and a key that show you how many building records have been entered for each site. (make a new map layer)

from colouring-cities#391

"Click to show building resilience" button replace by "Click to show number of historical redevelopments" - move to Age and History and ideally unroll relevant section

remove "Resilience" map style
