SDGIO Edge Table

The sdgio.owl edge table export is a very simple export of the relationships between classes in SDGIO. It includes the labels of the classes, their PURLs, and the relations connecting them in the following format:

Notes

• The edge table export does not include synonym lists or other annotation properties present in the original OWL file.
• Upper level ontology classes (like "independent continuant") are present in this export. These are not likely to be of interest to most users: services importing the table should filter out most subject classes and object classes that are not of relevance to their use case.
