  • dHCP pipeline improvements as described in [1]:
    • multi-channel registration
    • modelling of hyper and hypo-intensities.

Hotfixes / Code improvements:

  • automatic building of N4 tool
  • automatic download of atlases
  • installation of pipeline as MIRTK tool
