My only other comment is that maybe the new notebooks should be named
"Zeng_Aging_Mouse_part_1_..." and "Zeng_Aging_Mouse_part_2_...", so someone who just jumps into the notebooks knows where it is expected that they will start.

Again: this is just a quibble.

Feel free to merge.

this wording seems awkward to me. Maybe "847 clusters and how they map into...."

Gonna leave the names but added an explicit link and mention to the "previous tutorial" in first paragraph if the 10X tutorial.
