  1. python2/3 maximum compatibility, works from python2.6 to python3.8
  2. support autopad param to do auto padding for packing functions
  3. a minimal zio version for temporarily use.
  4. code refactor to better quality and readability
  5. add HEXDUMP read/write transform function
  6. use bytes for all functions.
