Hi,

Thanks for your work, this saves me a lot of time !

I do need to use an already filled credential cache to connect to remote hosts.

This P.R adds:

Global refactoring to add support for generic krb5 client and credential cache based client
Adapt examples to easily test Keytab and credential cache code


          Add new client with ccache support
