The oidc-client(-js) library has been archived and superseded by the oidc-client-ts library, so we update to the latest cljsjs-supported version. In addition, log
::add-errorerrors, perform minor refactors, and update GitHub Actions workflows.Note: Any cljsjs shims in downstream libraries must be moved to
io/github/cljsjs/oidc_client_ts.cljs.
