Description
The site xapi object util uses the hidden "ur-course" in moodle, ID 1, to name the LRS in statements. The Moodle UI for the site name just writes to that course record. Our tests did not account for this and use course ID 1 in every case.
This PR adds the hidden course to the shared test data and fixes all the resulting failures.
