v6.3-sat6-workshop

This is the last know commit prior to updates for 6.4 and forward changes. In other words, the is the last know commit in support of 6.3. This also pre-dates ws-deploy integration, so you have to provision your own systems.
After 6.3, hammer command-line args changed, satellite installation args changed, etc...
