Only delete user if user has no other role and is not administrator

Needs basic conflict resolution but otherwise the intent is excellent here. |

The latest logic does support making auto-delete WP user account optional via https://github.com/wp-insider/affiliates-manager-plugin/blob/master/wpaffiliatemanager/classes/ListAffiliatesTable.php#L137 but it does not account for only deleting if they were an affiliate user. |
