Compiled with AVX2 instructions.
Refer to vendor/DAB-Radio and vendor/sdrplusplus for the versions used respectively.
SDR++ uses v1.1.0 found here.
Also compiled plugin with SSE2 instructions for issues #3 . Modified windows github workflow to also generate a SSE2 shared library.
