To edit the themes used in HTML output for pandoc, see the following:

default.html5: For the page layout. -
styles.html: For css styling to be included on the page. -
customhighlight.theme: For code blocks. (This is parsed as a KDE syntax highlighting theme, and more information can be found here: https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/kate/katepart/color-themes.html)
