Improvements in the codebase- Added consistent code formatting using prettier,husky and github-actions

This is a part of the issue #13 and split version of PR #29.

• Introduced a Prettier configuration file to enforce consistent code formatting.
• Integrated Husky with pre-commit hooks to automatically format files before commits.
• Implemented CI checks to ensure all files adhere to the specified formatting rules.
