M&Ms example project

This project is provided just as an example for illustration on the valiation phase of the MICCAI 2020 M&Ms challenge.

Follow the steps in the Singularity recipe to build your own image.

You can test your image against the sample data writing singularity run my_image.sif sample_data output1 inside this repository folder.
