License checking tools such as https://github.com/github/licensed rely on a LICENSE file being present in libraries. acts_as_tree was clearly lableled as MIT licensed on the README, but there is no license file present in the repo, causing `licensed` and other license checking tools to require review when it is perfectly compliant with standard permitted open source licenses
