Updated the README
Added the parameter batchsize which is useful to avoid OOM errors for the Dorado basecaller.

V4.4

Removed Medaka unit test to replace v1.6.0 with v1.7.2 (WIP as there seems to be an error). Fixed paths to inputs. Made sure to separate output of whole pipeline test from individual tests that are currently in working order. Removed an outdated flag from Guppy that caused an error in v6.3.8.

V4.3

This release should contain the pipeline test and the single unit process tests for single isolate Guppy v6.3.8 basecalling,Flye,Racon, and Medaka. More tests will be added in later releases.

V4.2: Individual Unit Process Tests

This test has the (To be renamed) Dev-micropipe4 folder containing nf-test modules of guppy (basecalling single isolate), Flye, Racon, and Medaka.

V4.1.: Latest Working version

Uses guppy v6.3.7. Includes a very simple pipeline test with nf-test, example test results and an example submission script for the testing. Will serve as latest working version until testing is updated.

Fastqc and multiqc processes have been added to this version of EDLB's Micropipe

Uses Guppy SUP+ model and Flye v2.9
