@daniellrgn this is as-presented at the Connectathon today.
From our Connectathon notes: "Prep to demonstrate this". See also WA Verify+ screenshots for PACIO.

This adds the ability to consume QuestionnaireResponse resources. They wouldn't come from a IPS $summary (since they're not part of IPS), but one can use a QR URL in this system's "FHIR URL" field (more info in that google doc above).

This does not save QR's to the IPS, again since they are not part of the IPS; so, they aren't in the viewer.

I'll note that I didn't use the Keycloak authentication capacity branches for this cthon.

I think this is worth merging.

(note that this Questionnaire is an odd set of questions "Type of Record", "Add new record", which makes that screenshot just a little confusing).
