Since people would expect to run a csn node, make it the default.
Updated the readme as it's no longer required to pass in the --utreexo flag.
These are added so that on startup there can be a check to see if a node is being restarted and if it had been a utreexo node before.

Since users would expect to run csns, when using utreexod, make it the default and have a flag for turning it off.
Some additional checks added in so that it errors on startup when a user tries to switch between a utreexo and a non-utreexo node.
