Q: Wrong polarity (pulses in oscilloscope upside down) A: Using a BGO detector, the polarity of the pulses was flipped from negative to positive by clicking 17. channel/CHANNEL_CSRA and checking the "Trigger on positive slope, else on negative." The hexadecimal code was 0x00B4 afterward.

Q: Pulses in oscilloscope are good, but nothing appears in spectrum A: Check if module coincidence pattern requires triggering on all patterns. Check that events trigger on local coincidence check.
