It won't autoupdate because genouest is not in the list of owners in trusted_owners.yml in the tools repo. If there were multiple versions on galaxy there would probably need to be singularity_override per version. |

@cat-bro the toolshed has braker3 3.0.6_galaxy2, which i haven't tested on GA. Will it autoupdate once the test label is removed?
