Application for Single Cell RNA Sequencing

Simple desktop application to perform single cell RNA Sequencing using PyQt5

Installation

Installation on Windows System:

1. Download the git repository
2. unzip the folder
3. Go to folder "src windows" -> "dist" -> "Cell Vizualization"
4. Click on "CellVisualization.exe"

Installation on Mac System:

1. Download the git repository
2. unzip the folder
3. Go to folder "src mac os" -> "dist" -> "Cell Vizualization"
4. Click on "CellVisualization"
