Description

Currently the various ufs.configure files for the global coupled applications have cumbersome names, ie ufs.configure.cpld_noaero_nowave.IN. These files could be renamed instead according to the associated application, ie
ufs.configure.s2s.IN

Solution

Rename files as follows, where "s2s" is historical name for the 3-component ATM-OCN-ICE configuration.

ufs.configure.cpld.IN - > ufs.configure.s2swa.IN
ufs.configure.cpld_noaero.IN -> ufs.configure.s2sw.IN
ufs.configure.cpld_noaero_nowave.IN -> ufs.configure.s2s.IN
ufs.configure.cpld_noaero_outwav.IN -> ufs.configure.s2sw_slow.IN
ufs.configure.cpld_agrid.IN -> usf.configure.s2s_aoflux.IN

Idea originally proposed by @NickSzapiro-NOAA in #2009
