Initial Portable Release for Windows and Linux

This is the initial portable release that contains nodecg and 2 bundles(simple-alerts and odysee-simple-alerts-connector) for odysee livestreaming.

Windows

Download and extract nodecg-portable-windows.zip
Run nodecg_windows.bat

Linux

Download and extract nodecg-portable-linux.tar.xz
In your terminal:

cd /path-to/nodecg-portable/
sh nodecg_linux.sh

Note: you might need to give node permissions to execute.

To configure your alerts

In your browser go to http://localhost:9090/
Add http://localhost:9090/bundles/simple-alerts/graphics/index.html as a browser source in OBS.
Do not run more than one instance of http://localhost:9090/bundles/simple-alerts/graphics/index.html
I recommend creating a scene just for nodecg and adding that as a source to all your other scenes.
