Description
Re-enabling some of the "cosmetic" linters. Most of the changes are either whitespace or comments (a lot of them were made by the linter itself), so feel free to rubber-stamp.
Tests
Verified that
make lintdoesn't produce any errors and unit & acceptance tests pass locally.
