refactor: Improve the usage of logging in worker

What does the PR do?

Improve the logging interface for the worker.
Relies on FileHandler to write to the given file.
Consolidate logs into a single file instead of 3 different files.
Improve the error reporting for the tasks when nats is closed by providing our own exception handler.
