1. Follow instructions to download/prep the DCAN-Labs utility for downloading the ABCD-BIDS collection 3165 [https://github.com/DCAN-Labs/nda-abcd-s3-downloader].
2. Download clinical and covariate files from ABCD release 4.0 on NDA.
3. Run the appropriate file from Data_prep directory for desired subsample to format/prepare data files and generate participant list for DCAN-Labs downloader.
4. Run DCAN-Labs downloader (download_focused.py).
