How to use:
extract the contents of the setAllAppsToEfficiency zipfile
add the programs names that you want to run with performance on the exception list in exceptions.conf - you can edit it like a normal text file. All other apps will run on efficiency mode.
run the .exe file
The program will be setting all apps to efficiency mode as long as it's turned on.
The more privilege you give it the more apps it will set to efficiency (run as administrator will set system tasks to efficiency as well)
