LAN8720 board for MangoPi MQ-Pro

The schematic and PCB are in HW section. Feel free to make it, it is quite cool add-on board. Schematic: PDF

I run it with the Nezha Ubuntu image with the patch applied using this:

• clone Linux kernel tree (git clone https://github.com/torvalds/linux.git)
• apply the patch from this repo (git am 0001-Add-LAN8720a-PHY-to-MangoPI-MQ-Pro-board.patch)
• build DTB ARCH=riscv make dtbs
• scp the result arch/riscv/boot/dts/allwinner/sun20i-d1-mangopi-mq-pro-lan8720.dtb to /boot on MangoPi MQ-Pro
• link the current kernel DTB to this file (in my case cd boot; rm dtb-6.2.0-35-generic; ln -s sun20i-d1-mangopi-mq-pro-lan8720.dtb dtb-6.2.0-35-generic)
• reboot the MangoPi MQ-Pro
