Compiling prune.c fails when compiling with -Werror=format-security on a small
number of fprintf statements. This commit fixes this by specifying the %s
explicitly.
I made this change in an effort to create a debian package for newick_utils. See my 'debian' branch of newick_utils. To create the debian package you first have to build the project by hand. Since the debian package is just for internal use at my lab, this workaround was good enough for me.
