Add new command SYStem:UPGRADE for booting Pico into BOOTSEL mode.
Enable PICO_RP2040_USB_DEVICE_ENUMERATION_FIX when compiling.
Fix syntax for CONF:FANx:SOURCE and CONF:MBFANx:SOURCE commands.
Other minor fixes.
