and fix some code style
and disable sample bank search code also make the mono label not part of the sample name

when importing it will also generate a mono mix and ask which channels to load (as well as the mix)
uses the same dialog as the sample bank import (and fixes some of the code style there)
if needed i may add a setting for the dialog when importing multichannel audio (all/mono/always ask) after merging the new settings
also i noticed that the bank import dialog has search functionality? but there is no way to enter a search query, so i disabled the search code for now
