Test instructions

1. set ALLOW_CONNECT_PLATFORM=Xbox
2. Start the server
3. Connect through one of the following: Xbox Series X version, Xbox Series S version, Xbox One version, Windows PC version

Hi @CHarnel, this will be merged tomorrow when the official (non beta) update launches.
I am waiting on merging this since the beta versions are subject to change.
